Happy 2022! Welcome back! If you're reading this, I am wishing you and your family, peace, love and blessings this year and beyond!
To the minute crowd that has supported thus far, I could not have been more appreciative! I hope some of these posts inspired you to do more, read more, and exist more!
Now to the reasons of the absence, there is really none other than pure laziness. The last post was in April of 2021, which is almost a year ago. In that span I have become a licensed real estate agent in the state of Maryland. (If you are reading in Maryland and need some assistance there, please let me know lol). I, however, have some great reasons to return and find a more consistent flow with content for you all that support. One reason is: as I was randomly checking the app on my cell phone, I had a message from someone that came across the site and reached out to add some value for you all, I have gathered some nice business ideas during the quick, informative read. Therefore, I'm excited to announce that tomorrow that we will have a guest article submitted and posted! Obviously, we are welcome to adding value from readers and subscribers so never hesitate to reach to possibly add value to our site and community!
Another reason is I did not remove the recurring payments and was charged to keep the site going lmao, so now, more than ever there is an obligation to you all and myself. Because I love to read, and I noticed that I love to write, and I believe I do so in a well-received, eloquent and understood manner. But one must still keep that The best course of action is to share this knowledge to any and every one that could use it to better themselves, others, and the planet. We are all in this together!
Since the last posted book, I have read 18 books, I have not yet decided what the next post will be, but I will provide a few, if not all of the books that were good reads! Lol. Well, what I have yet to make known is what I am currently reading and that is: How Propaganda Works by Jason Stanley. Which this book reminds me of one of the 18 I have since read which is, The Art of The Lie by Marcel Danesi.
Here are some of the other good reads:
- How Democracies Die by Daniel Ziblatt and Steven Levitsky
- Freakonomics by Stephen J. Dubner and Steven Levitt
- The Address Book: What Street Addresses Reveal About Identity, Race, Wealth, and Power by Deirdre Mask
- Meditations by Marcus Aurelius
- Loonshots by Safi Bahcall
- God Is Not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything by Christopher Hitchens
- The World Is Flat by Thomas Friedman
- The Order of Time by Carlo Rovelli
The last book on this list was the most recent one I finished, and that shit was mind blowing and mind changing! Really loved that and unfortunately the next post will not be on that because I let a friend borrow it. lol
There will be other additions to the site to make it more interactive and informative outside of the realm of just the books that are being read and discussed. The next book is undetermined so you can consider it a surprise! Look forward to continuing to add value and interact and assist who ever that needs it!
PEACE. LOVE. BLESSINGS.
